    People Building Newsletter No.2

    Posted on May 31, 2009 07:46:55 PM

People Building is an NLP and Hypnotherapy Training company.

This month we have focused on the mind-boggling but fascinating world of quantum physics. This is an area which is covered in our Master Practitioner training and it’s much more interesting then it sounds! Once you delve into some of this stuff, you feel as if you’ll never view the world in the same way again!!

    Quantum Physics

Quantum physics is the study of the tiniest bits of stuff in our universe, the minute building blocks of the matter around us. Quantum physicists came up with the phenomena known as the ‘Observer Effect’ – the idea that the way we observe something changes its very nature.

Scientists found that observing an electron will change its path because the act of observing light or radiation contains enough energy to disturb it. Also, in a famous study, scientists found that light can be seen as a wave or particle depending on the instrument that was being used to observe it.

What does this have to do with NLP?

Well, quantum physics suggests that we create the world around us. This relates to many of the principles underlying NLP. For example, the idea that we can control the way we experience our world through using our minds more effectively. Quantum physics supports NLP’s presupposition that the ‘map is not the territory’. It argues that we learn to construct our reality and that we each have our own separate reality that we create in our mind/brain. In other words, my world is very different to yours!! For example, story has it that when Christopher Columbus sailed up too the Caribbean, the natives were unable to see his boat as they had no concept of what a boat was.

A similar effect was also demonstrated in a study in which 2 groups of kittens were raised in an environment where they were exposed to only horizontal stripes or vertical bars. It was found that as adults, the cats exposed to horizontal stripes were unable to recognise the vertical bars and vice versa. The observer effect goes as far as to say that we do not even know that something exists until we observe it. So, there cannot be an absolute past or future.

Quantum physics argues that there are infinite numbers of probable pasts and futures, everything that could of happened did, but you choose the one you observe and create it. You cannot not change the world as it’s not possible to separate the observer from the observed.

Therefore if you change your observation you change the events and the meaning of the events in your past. Of course, this is precisely the aim of NLP therapeutic techniques such as Change Personal History – to change a persons observation or perception of past significant emotional events.

    Other news!

People Building Website – we are still in the process of having our website updated, a complicated business. As the chap that is currently helping us with this explained, the format used to create our website is not the usual standard software. He is currently trying to translate our format into the standard type, a process he likened to translating German into English, when you don’t speak German! So watch this space…..

    Ha Ha Ha!!!!

    What NLP terminology really means…….

Metaphor – not quite what your actually talking about

Observer – somebody too lazy to get involved

Dissociation – a group or club you are no longer part of

Contrastive Analysis – mines bigger than yours

    Motivation

Nothing is predestined: The obstacles of your past can become the gateways that lead to new beginnings……

What Everybody Ought To Know About Creative Writing And Being A Professional Writer

    Posted on May 30, 2009 03:58:00 PM

There are many people trying to be a writer. They keep practicing—which is good—but sometimes they are lack of guidance. Thus, their goal to be a professional writer gradually deteriorates.

This must not happen if one has made a decision to be a writer. When there is a strong will, there’s a way.

To avoid your will from fading away, here are some tips that you can try doing:

    • Join writing clubs

By joining this club, you meet many people having the same goal or at least hobby with you. You can share ideas, talk about your script, discuss details about it such as your writing style, setting, plot or characters. Gathering with these people helps you strengthen your motivation and desire to be a writer and one thing for sure, you’ll get as much support you need.

    • Participate in some creative writing workshops

Joining the workshop, you will be trained to work on your writing in better ways. You will be experimenting a lot with words and writing style. This of course enhances your skill. Speakers or instructors in workshops are mostly professional writers. That way, you can learn a lot from their experiences which normally are shared during the course. And, these writers certainly will reveal some useful tips about writing and how to have your script published.

    • Open up

As a writer, you should be like a thick notebook, ready to be filled in with experiences, emotions, happenings and other things that can deepen your collections of resources for your writings. Also, learn from experienced writers. Read their biography to get more inspiration.

    • Believe that there is no such thing like writer’s block

Some writers stop writing by using these words, writer’s block, as an excuse. They keep saying that they don’t know how to continue the story. So what? Write another story, then. Make a new one and put aside the old one. The point is, you need to keep writing no matter what. You can always go back to the old one, anyway.

    • Enjoy it

Things are easier when you enjoy it. Even if you plan that it’s going to be your profession, it doesn’t mean that you have no right to enjoy it.

Keep learning. Writing is a process of learning.

If you are going to follow any formula on how to get a book published you’d better make sure it comes from an established bestselling author.

    My proven formula does…

During the last ten years I’ve had over 30 fiction and non-fiction books published; published in hard copy format; published and selling in bookstores world wide &ndash and selling in huge numbers online at Amazon.com.

The secret to my success hinges on two essential factors:

    1. Quality of output

    2. My own proven formula for getting published

So why am I now giving away the formula?

As I approach my 75th birthday I doubt I will have many more books published – although I have 3 more coming out this year bringing my total output up to 33 ?

Writing has been good to me and publishing even better and so I would like to give something back in the shape of my formula to writers following in my footsteps; writers aspiring to publication.

    What My Proven Formula Contains…

? How to locate an appropriate publisher for your work

? Matching your writing output to publisher profiles

    ? Researching the marketplace

? Where to find 1000s of publishers online

? Guidelines for submitting a book proposal for fiction

? Guidelines for submitting a book proposal for non-fiction

? How to prepare your proposal acceptance

? When to submit your proposal

? What to ensure before you sign a contract

    ? Addressing the author questionnaire

? Employing the services of a literary agent

? What to do when you cannot place your book with a traditional publisher

? Self publishing without incurring substantial costs

How You Can Get the Formula Right Now for Free

I have set up a temporary page on one of my websites for your convenience (the URL is in the resource box below). Complete the brief form and the download link for the formula will be sent to you by return.

    Enjoy…

    What Is Freelance Seo Writing?

    Posted on May 28, 2009 02:59:53 PM

SEO writing is one of the newer forms of freelance writing spawned by the Internet Age, and as such, SEO writing is an excellent way — if at times a frustrating way — for budding writers to cut their teeth in the freelance writing scene. SEO writing takes a fair amount of imagination and some engineering grit, but if you like puzzles, then freelancing as an SEO writer will interest you.

SEO, or “Search Engine Optimization,” has its roots in the early days of the Internet. Once early Internet marketers realized they could manipulate search engine rankings with meaningless content and keywords, a whirlwind of keyword-stuffed web pages swept across the Internet, all designed to push their content — and the products they sold — to the top of search engine lists. This sharply increased user traffic and potential profits. It wasn’t uncommon to see web pages with only a few short paragraphs of copy with large, seemingly-blank areas of space. However, if you highlighted these blank areas of space with a cursor, it would reveal massive strings of invisible keywords. SEO writers used to embed invisible keywords in text to rank the webpage higher in search engines for nearly any remotely-relevant search term.

Fortunately for good web design, search engine programmers became aware of this flaw, and they refined their search engines to ignore such obvious “keyword stuffing.” This major change has made search engines rank web pages more relevant of the actual content and not the stuffed keywords. Content providers responded to this by developing SEO writing, which ideally gets the same results as open keyword-stuffing, but provides a better-designed, better-written page as well. It’s a “best of both worlds” compromise: content providers willing to invest in SEO writing get to keep their high search engine rankings and readers get more smoothly integrated and keyword-dense text.

There are bad SEO writers and good SEO writers. Bad SEO writers aren’t aware of exactly how search engines work, and will try stuffing text with ten or twenty commonly-used search terms (“sex,” “money,” and the like) ten or twenty times apiece, without caring whether the actual text reads well. These days search engines are sophisticated enough to ignore these kinds of transparent keyword-stuffing efforts, a defense which only good SEO practice can get around.

    A skilled SEO writer:

    - Uses only one or two search terms per page;

    - Uses unique, natural-language search terms;

    - Integrates search terms smoothly with text;

The difference between a good and bad SEO writer are in the results. Good SEO writers can provide actual results in the search rankings. Their SEO writing talents keep the client’s web pages on the first page of search engine results and create additional revenue for the client. Bad SEO writers don’t keep client pages in the first page of search engine results; they create nearly unreadable, transparently phony text, and don’t get paid well at all. If you want to succeed as a freelance SEO writer, you first need to learn to be a good one.

Writing integrated text is often the most difficult part of good SEO writing. The rule is you should use each search term once or twice in a 250-word block of copy. This is fine if your search term is something like “bond portfolio,” but what do you do if your search term is more like “high-yield gold investment bond package bonds”? This is where the “puzzle” aspect of SEO writing comes in: no matter how cumbersome your search term, you need to find a way to make it sound natural.

Skilled SEO writers employ some tricks for awkward keyword phrases, such as the following:

    - Enclosing the search term in quotes (making it seem like a precise technical term, rather than just clunky phrase); and

    - Defining the term at the opening of the article and using it further on, or drawing comparisons between two SEO terms (requiring you to refer to both frequently).

There aren’t any hard-and-fast rules to integrate keywords effectively; every keyword set is different and every article has different needs. But with imagination, you can get your prose to read naturally while still being SEO-worthy. Just remember the other principal rule: don’t overstuff keywords in text, but rather space your keywords adequately throughout the text.

Who offers SEO writing jobs? Virtually any company with enough money and enough willingness to maintain a high web presence. Be careful of the keyword lists you take on. Generally speaking, if the client has a long keyword list and he needs many keywords in his text, then most search engines will rank his webpage low and you may not be able to achieve the results he wants. To establish yourself as a freelance SEO writer (and to get some much needed practice in SEO writing), you’ll probably need to take some of these jobs at some point. Take a look on freelance writing message boards, in classified ads, and make inquiries at local businesses who either have a web presence, or who you think are ready to develop one. Chances are excellent that companies with new websites can use a skilled SEO writer.

Keep at it, learn the tricks, and remember that SEO writing is a very in-demand skill. Once you build a reputation for yourself, you can command both higher prices and higher-profile (yet easier) assignments regularly.

What Aspiring Authors Can Learn From The 2005 Publishing Year

    Posted on May 27, 2009 02:07:38 PM

‘Tis the season for evaluating the year gone by! Over the next few weeks you’ll see plenty of articles summing up the successes and failures in industries all across the board: television, movies, automobiles, retail. It’s no different for the publishing industry. Already the New York Times has run an article examining publishing’s good, bad and ugly decisions of 2005. There are many tidbits here and there in Publishers Weekly as well. While the overall message can seem daunting for an aspiring author (sales down, even some celebrity books didn’t do well), there are a few choice nuggets you can pluck from the dust and use to energize your publishing process for 2006.

    Beware of Mixed Messages

Yes, sales are down. Both the Association of American Publishers and the American Booksellers Association reported a drop of 2 percent in adult hardcover and overall bookstore sales. This continues a trend that’s a few years old. However, the USA’s major bookstore chains (Barnes & Noble, Borders and Books-A-Million) are planning to open about 80 new stores in 2006, ten more than this year. And we’re talking HUGE stores, with the B&N ones topping out at nearly 30,000 sq. ft.!

Obviously, somebody is making enough money to justify these openings. Granted, such stores do sell more than books these days. Music, DVDs and expensive cups of java figure prominently in the sales ledgers. But I don’t see Books-A-Million changing their name to Cups-A-Million! Bottom line: as long as the big guys think it’s profitable to be in the book business, it can be profitable for you to be in the book business.

    When Celebrities Fail

It seems like Martha Stewart had a banner year, doesn’t it? She got out of prison, launched a couple of TV shows, made a spectacular return to the cover of her magazine and she wrote a book, The Martha Rules: 10 Essentials for Achieving Success as You Start, Build, or Manage a Business. Despite her huge successes elsewhere, though, things didn’t turn out so well for that book. The New York Times reports that after Rodale Books signed Ms. Stewart to a $2 million contract and planned a printing of 500,000, the book has sold just 37,000 copies since its October release.

I asked around about this and one editor wondered whether Ms. Stewart had crossed a line into overexposure land. But let’s be clear about this and get the lesson right: this isn’t just about seeing Martha Stewart everywhere and being too tired of her to want to read about her in a book. This is about whether Ms. Stewart had anything left to tell us that we don’t feel we already know.

Understanding this nuance is important because in this time where having a “platform” is the “it” thing, you have to be quite savvy in how you put yourself out there. If you give away all your tips, secrets, strategies, life story, connections, etc., each and every time you’re in front of people, you won’t have anything left for them to look for in a book! Of course this only pertains to non-fiction authors and only for certain subjects. I’m sure Ms. Stewart’s audience, for example, will never tire of getting new recipes and new household tips from her!

Classic Winning Move: Speaking Truth From the Heart

I’m a fiction writer, so it pains me to say it, but right now in the publishing industry non-fiction is king. And the stuff that people want to read includes thoughtful, heartfelt stories and essays from noted voices such as Joan Didion (The Year of Magical Thinking), Jimmy Carter (Our Endangered Values) and Kurt Vonnegut (A Man Without a Country). The lesson here is a simple one: be true to yourself, write what you feel and at some point your audience will find you.

I know that can be hard to believe when it seems you can’t get anyone to read a query letter let alone a manuscript, but this is an industry that rewards persistence. There are many ways to get your story out there and in a few weeks you’ll have a whole new year in which to find the one that’s right for you. The choice is yours. Good luck.

Pens FAQ: Answers About Different Types Of Pens

    Posted on May 26, 2009 07:47:36 AM

    * How do I choose which writing instrument is best for my needs?

In choosing the right kind of pen for you, consider what it will be used for, such as for business or for casual letter writing. The size of the ball point is also a major consideration. Just bear in mind that the results should be as readable as possible.

    * What is the difference between a rollerball pen and a ballpoint pen?

The main difference is the ink. In ballpoint pens, the ink is an oil-based paste ink that dries immediately. It is suited to all types of writing styles. The frustration some people feel with ballpoint pens usually involves an inferior brand of pen that makes blobs or skips. High quality ballpoint pens do not do this.

On the other hand, the ink of a rollerball pen is more fluid than ball point ink, so it seldom skips, but the ink does take a few seconds to dry. The ink in a rollerball also runs out sooner than in a ballpoint, requiring more frequent refills.

    * Are there any pens used for writing that are not filled with ink or lead?

The digital pen is the latest innovation. This is not a typical pen that needs to be filled with ink or lead in order to be used for writing. With a digital pen you can write and draw images on a special board and then send it to compatible phones. There are several types and brands of digitals pens on the market.

    * What was the first writing instrument?

The quill pen is considered the first writing instrument ever invented. It was introduced around 700 A.D. and is made from a bird’s quill feather, one of the largest feathers on a bird. The quills of the goose are the most common feathers for the making quill pens. A quill pen usually lasted about two weeks, after which it is had to be replaced. Most writers kept several quills on hand all the time.

    * How does a quill pen work?

A quill pen is a simple writing tool. The end of a large feather is sharpened to a point and the point is dipped in ink. The quill must be repeatedly dipped in the ink while writing, as the ink on the tip is used up. The quill can also be resharpened using a small knife, as the tip wears down. After about two weeks of resharpening, you will need to get a new quill.

The writing style is greatly affected by the kind of feather that is used for a quill pen. If you want to produce a fine line, then you use crow feathers. The quill pen works especially well for right-handed writers because the feathers curve outward and away from your face if you are right-handed.

How to Be Successful at Exams

    Posted on May 25, 2009 10:31:07 AM

College is a stage of life that will be remembered forever and retold to children and grand-children. Studying at college, you go through a good school of life and get a wonderful opportunity to build your future career using that intellectual treasure you’ve received. Before the start of a college year you make a promise to study hard and to make good grades. After the start of the school year the promise is forgotten due to various activities on campus that are so attractive to a young individual. University social life carries you away from all the problems. They start when exams begin.

There are several ways to avoid this “torture chamber”. Firstly, by making all “A’s” you automatically get your average and become free. But let’s agree that it is quite impossible for a sociable person to compete in every field. The other solution is writing an excellent term paper that becomes an example for the whole course onwards. Term papers are given as a written assignment to check the knowledge of a student and this is where you can show yourself. If your writing skills leave a little more to be desired, you can always use services of a company providing term paper help and order the top quality paper. If you are very self-motivated, feel free to use any unique idea that comes to your head for your term paper.

Even after applying all advice given above you still may face an exam. There is nothing to be nervous about, no lethal cases were observed in the history of studies. There are some unique methods that may save the situation. It is important to keep your face even if the situation seems hopeless. Your self-confidence may save you from additional questions and you’ll walk out of the door with a great feeling. The presence or the absence of certain knowledge is not the deciding factor of your grade and you have to believe in this. Appearances are important, no matter what you were told. The first impression much depends on the appearance and therefore it is a good idea to stick to the dress code and make an impression of a diligent student. Even if your motivation is high, never use cheating as a way out. Such cunning ideas may result into expulsion from college. Use your imagination and logical thinking instead of cheating. There may be a point in your conversation when you get to the point that you know perfectly well. Try to use this opportunity showing that you are an educated individual. You can make up some details, but the main part should not be changed. If you are asked to prove a never-existing fact, it will be the end of the conversation. If a chance to state your opinion occurs, do it immediately with no doubt. The most important thing you have to keep in mind is that you may fail the exam and you have to think what you are going to do next if this happens.

    People Who are Lucky

    Posted on May 24, 2009 09:09:54 AM

None of living humans will state that life nowadays is easy, no matter what your achievements are. People say they are under a strain, but they are the producers of it and there is nothing they can do about being dependent on it. We live a comfortable life using modern technologies to make it easier to cope with everyday routine, but when a problem comes up we quickly hide behind the wall of fear and misunderstanding not to get closer to the dangerous solution. In everybody’s life comes the point when it is impossible to stand the strain and you run for shelter of your couch and support of your friend that is always near to help you whenever you need him. You adore his demeanor, his appearance, his sense of humor and his deep knowledge of every subject you happened to touch upon. You know that you are jealous and you wish to be just a bit like your successful friend. And the reason of this is constant presence of luck in his life that irritates you with decrease of the last in your life. His kind words in your address do not help and make the situation even more severe. You finally realize that depression is somehow caused not only by problems surrounding you, but by jealousy you can’t get rid of.

People try not to speak about the reason of them being depressed. But they lively discuss the evil jokes of destiny that gives all possibilities to one and takes them away from another. People that are can find a purse in the middle of the sidewalk, take the last train even being late, turn in written assignments and getting the highest grade, meet a person and never part, are considered extremely lucky. But what is “luck”? “Luck” is an abstract noun that means an unexpected result that is extremely positive and was achieved with no effort from the side of the object. Some can argue with this definition. Nobody can take away all the possibilities unless you let them go without fighting for them. You have an aim, but you need to take some actions to realize it. To reach success you have to be active, focused on positive, hardworking and striving for knowledge. Success comes with time, not with desire. If the first try was unsuccessful keep trying and finally you’ll get the desired result. “Try, try, never say “die”, says the saying that means that every try if it is hard enough will be duly rewarded. Start accomplishing what you’ve planned and everything will change for you from no on.

There’ll be no possibility to stop and look back onto what was wrong and was it bad luck at all. If such thoughts still appear in your head, try to ignore them and focus on other important things. Now it is quite obvious that definition of luck given above is quite subjective. Now you don’t think that success of your friend is a matter of luck. He is self-motivated, active, creative and willing to move on and these are features that make a winner of him. One more quotes,” Looser blames his failure on bad luck; a winner blames his failure on his carelessness”. You know who you are now and you have a choice: to keep up if you are a winner and to change the attitude if you are a looser. Believe in second chance and people will consider you to be lucky.

How To Freelance As A Work-at-home Copywriter

    Posted on May 23, 2009 05:30:29 PM

Freelance copywriting already covers a wide range of media, such as television, radio, magazines, brochures, direct mail, and SEO copy. In fact, every word in every brochure, advert, website and leaflet you see is written by the copywriter. Before, copywriters were restricted to being in-house or by marketing / PR firms; but now, many freelance copywriters offer their services globally.

Working on a freelance copywriting job can be stressful. Just like all freelance jobs, freelance copywriting means you have to sell or market yourself, meet all deadlines or complete a job on time and on budget by making use of your skills and knowledge.

Being a copywriter enables you to choose a specific or particular market sector or product. To become a successful copywriter, you should have the ability to research a certain topic, while understanding your clients and target customers.

Aside from having excellent research skills, you also have to have imagination and creative flair to keep your ideas running while keeping your clients happy.

    BECOMING A COPYWRITER

As with writing many types of copy, there are also different types of copywriters with various specialties in the market today. Some copywriters specialize in specific forms of copywriting, such as direct mail or ad copy, while other copywriters take a more general approach by writing copy on general topics for no specific type of client.

Today, freelance copywriters are known to write different forms of copy and clients expect them to handle a larger workload. Despite being demanding work, freelance copywriting can be a lot of fun and one of the best ways to make a steady income if you have the skills, the connection, and the drive to be successful.

Aside from being an avenue to earn great income, freelance copywriting also offers you the ability to work from anywhere via Internet. If you are planning to become a freelance copywriter, here are some tips to help you do the job:

    1. Educate Yourself. If you want to delve into the world of freelance copywriting, then consider getting a writing degree in English, Journalism, Communications, and the like. Having an education or a background on the career you wish to pursue can be a strong step in finding work as a copywriter.

If it’s impossible for you to earn a degree, try to earn a certification in a specialty (such as marketing), or take non-degree courses that teach copywriting (or technical writing) basics offered by many colleges. Having a background in copywriting can serve as a credential once you venture into freelance work.

    2. Get a pro bono work. If you don’t have any other experience, writing copy or an article for free will provide you with the experience you need. Writing pro bono copy for clients can also serve as sample copies once you market yourself as a freelance copywriter.

    3. Intern. An internship from a recognized business or establishment in your field will add credibility to your skills. Aside from giving you experience and first-hand knowledge, an internship may also lead to permanent employment with the company.

    4. Pursue various opportunities. Since the industry is booming, there are lots of freelance copywriters who serve as your competitors. If you are really into freelance copywriting, then you should always research businesses and agencies that may need copywriting services, both online and offline.

An excellent resource to learn about launching a freelance career is Andy Anderson’s book or audio book, “How to Make Money from Home as a Freelancer,” published by PaydayPublishing.com.

    COPYWRITING JOBS

The number of copywriting jobs is enormous. If you did a keyword search on “copywriting,” you would find 500-plus jobs. This is only a small part of the market, and you could find many other copywriting jobs on other websites as well, such as FreelanceWriting.com. With the evolution of the Internet, there are more and more jobs available to write good web content among other things on the Internet. Often many freelance copywriting jobs can be found where you will find a plethora of advertising agencies. A good example of this would be in New York. Within your area, there will be a good number of smaller marketing agencies where you may be able to find work as a copywriter. The number of opportunities for a freelance copywriter is very high and this is a great field to work in.

Freelance and staff copywriting salaries usually range from $41,000 a year up to $85,000 a year or more. This is a rough gauge on what you could potentially make as a freelance copywriter.

Copywriting jobs are out there for the taking. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, copywriting jobs will grow in line with the general economy over the next decade. This means you will see about average growth for the industry but you could see enormous growth if you focus on Internet copywriting.

How Audio Books Can Help You Get The Best From Your Workout

    Posted on May 22, 2009 12:17:52 PM

There’s no doubt about it. Audio books have made life a whole lot easier.

For those of us who like to workout to stay in great shape, audio books can help us achieve this with less stress.

No longer should you engage in workouts just listening to music or to the radio. Now, with audio books, you can kill 2 birds with one stone.

Below are exact ways in which you can use the power of audio books to maximize your workout.

One – there are educative audio books that will show you more beneficial ways of staying in shape. Many people who workout don’t even know the right ways to do so. Instead of guessing it, there are great audio books that will help you out.

No matter how much you think already know about working out, there are audio books out there that will teach you much better ways.

Some of these workout related audio books come with calming music in the background, thereby making you stay focused and attentive during the workout.

Two – audio books during workouts help to take your mind away from the physical activity. Instead of concentrating on the pain of the workout, you will be concentrating on the message contained in the audio book.

This will allow you to stay longer when working out. If you usually jog for, say 10 minutes, with an interesting audio book you will be able to increase the jogging time to, say 30 minutes or more.

Three – there are specific audio books that talk about the importance of staying in shape and looking great. Such audio books can be great during workouts.

They help to give you more reasons why you should stay at it working out, instead of giving yourself excuses why you shouldn’t.

For example, audio books by motivational experts such as Anthony Robbins who was previously overweight, but now has lost weight and looks great, can influence you on the need to workout, even when you don’t feel like it.

These books will help you to understand why you should workout to lose weight and realize that if Anthony Robbins could do it, you can do it too.

Four – for those who might want to give up their exercise when it gets difficult, an inspiring audio book during exercises can influence and motivate you to keep at it.

So, if you have always had a problem with sticking with your workout, get some great workout related and motivational audio books, such as Anthony Robbins “Awaken The Giant Within” and “Unlimited Power”.

Not only will these helpful audio books help you mentally, they will help you stick to your workout plan. And eventually you will look great physically and feel great mentally.
